  I got the new iPhone7 and when I went to buy the phone they had a promotion going on for a speaker that's usually $12.50 a month but if you get it with the iPhone7 they give you a $10 credit towards the speaker. Making the speaker only $2.50 a month for 12 months then it drops off your bill completely. I was charged the first 4 months the full $12.50 and I went back to this store 3 times and they said it should drop off my bill it just takes a few billing cycles. I just checked my bill after 7 months of paying full price for this thing and it's never given me any of the credit they claimed they would give me. I wouldn't have minded paying $25 for the speaker after a year but I wouldn't have bothered to get it for $150. I still have the contract where they wrote the speaker would have given me a $10 account credit every month and no one who works there can do anything about it. This is just wrong to do to people. I'm so disgusted with the whole company. It's not okay to scam people like this.
