The owner was very rude from the very start and would not take back flooring. He was ready to fight me right away-would not give an inch to satisfy a customer. After I complained to the BBB he offered to take back my flooring with a 30% service charge and $300 in shipping. The worst part is he accused me of trying to rip him off. Worst customer experience I ever witnessed. I'd be better off ordering flooring from China!
