Did every employee forget that this event was happening? Did no one get the memo or something? Because there was NOBODY THERE...other than over a dozen eager pokemon trainers that were promised the midnight release party and the games that they pre ordered with their hard earned money...TO GET TONIGHT BEFORE ANYONE ELSE...we all waited until 20 minutes past midnight and there was no employee to be seen...way to promise us and makes us wait HOURS in the cold...for a game we've all been waiting for and excited for...all that waiting and preperation...for NOTHING?!? BULL! You have pissed off a lot of customers and it doesn't go unnoticed...such an utter dissapointment...
