  Paid for expensive blackout blinds that were no longer blackout after just a couple years. When we complained they agreed that yes,they no longer were blackout, and after a day of waiting for them to call back, they would replace them, but not with the same blind, as they don't make them anymore, or the same color. If we wanted new blackout blinds we could have white or cream or we could pay $60/blind for a color close to what we had (which was a nice medium brown that really complimented the room color). The girl never even apologised for not really honoring the guarantee. I'd never give them another penny. I have Bali blinds that I got for less that are still beautiful and whose metal coating didn't fall off. Really POOR customer service!!!
